Striper

Second day worked out a lot better.  I. Got up at 6am and headed to the lake.  I got lucky and landed one striper and a couple of whites.  I was really excited for the striper as it’s the first one on the new boat. Here’s a couple of pics.  Fish were caught in the mid lake area north of the bridge.

Which Lund were ur in.  The green or white one

Dan glad to see you breaking in the new boat! Little striper slime doesn't do any harm. Congrats!

Will do.  Keep in mind, that any boat with carpet will have as much dirt after two morning of cast netting in the mud.  I’m sure my old boat had 20 pounds of it stuck in the carpet

Dan, did you get these on gizzards? I have no luck netting gizzards but been getting threadfin. May go buy some brooders and see if I can luck into one. Congrats on breaking in the boat with a beauty.

We were the green one.  Do not worry everyone, I saw him wiping the boat down.  Must have been a speck of dust on it!

That man has eye for shad you would not believe, he always gets gizzards. I have seen him run from point 5 to point 12 to get bait and back to point 5 to fish.
