What about around the fittings for live wells or aerators,  I have seen those leak from time to time.  Most made out of plastic and vibrations shake them loose.

I took it to Table Rock this am and had it on the water for a couple of hours.  There was a little water coming in from some place along the transom.  I couldn't see anything with a light and mirror just the floor of the bilge getting a bit wet.  I ran it and stopped it a few times but no increase in the water intake.  I have a plate over the bilge with 2 batteries on it.  I'm going to pull that all out and silicone everything that leads to the outside.  Surely I'll blind sow it one way or another.

I had a similar problem that plagued me for months. I would go out one time and end up with 3-4 gallons. Go out the next time and it would only be wet. Couldn't figure it out for the longest time. Finally ripped everything out of the bilge and put the boat in the water and just sit in a cove. Nothing ever got wet. Started the boat and ran down the lake a ways check the bilge and it has water in it. Finally opened the bilge area and checked it while running and my transducer was spraying water up onto the cables and it was running down through the grommet in the top of the hull.

Adjusted my transducer and haven't had a problem since.

Livewell valves have a habit of developing leaks.   Any number of things can be the culprit.  Just gotta go through the process of elimination, or remove stuff that blocks your view, put the boat in the water, sit back there with a flashlight and look for drips.

My old Nitro takes on about a gallon every 2 hours if I have a passenger but stays dry as a bone if I'm solo.  I'm not even remotely concerned about it.
