Carp Recipes ?

Of course cat fish having no scales would make them un-clean   and carp got scales. So does suckers.

I only keep a few trout, panfish, and a catfish or two each year from Missouri lakes and streams, I seldom worry.  The TN river system comes thru coal sludge and nuclear waste at Oak Ridge, but I will eat a few whites or sauger from there.

Most of the fish I consume are bought at the stores where they come from nice clean waters of the ocean or China.  Maybe a tilapia or 3 from a nice turd pond somewhere. 

I tend to let all locals free to play another round.  I never worry how they taste.
