Don't use flour! oneshot Need a little granulated garlic in there too. And when you say hot you mean 350 in a big enough pot with enough oil that when you drop fish, the oil stays hot. Normally I say fish that floats in oil is done. Suckers need to be fried a little longer - golden brown and a little crispy around the edges. Then... look out! MoCarp 1
Seth Posted March 31, 2018 Posted March 31, 2018 Thinly scored suckers fried at 350 for 6 minutes in the ticket. Most fish i only fry 4-5 minutes.
