April May on Bull

It's been a weird year. Hopefully I can get down this week, I'll give ya a shout if I do.

Overall shallow cranks on points produced our bass.  Nothing huge but a run and gun approach worked.  Covered a lot of water.  

Trolling we got one huge whitebass.

Sporadic deep spots, swimming a jig caught fish.

Tough weekend,  but very fun.

4/24  went back to that cove, caught some nice crappie and a white for supper

prolly 57-58 main bay, saddle area

then up to 61/62 back in spring creek

It’s about to get stoopid on BSL. About freaking time. I have a few things to attend too, but I’ll get my licks in over the next 30 days

WT 59-60 Crappie fished Thursday from 3-7, caught 2 tiny whites and a few decent size crappie on swimming minnows in 2-8fow.

I measured 70 degrees in spots on Sunday .

Managed only a few small spots on cranks.

We found 74-degree water in Big Sister, last night. Lots of fish in there too.

5/7    7-10:45am  WT 66-70   Warm,calm,sunny morning! Caught 8 bass w/ finesse worms homemade 1/8 oz jig. Just small keepers. but they are still fun! This one had fire in it's eyes! Plan is to get back out there Friday and make a day of it.
