I put in at 11:30and fished in Leatherwood creek for about 1 1/2 hrs. I caught 7 all on a sb and lost three even with a trailer hook. I cought 4 of of one little point 2 being keepers. They were hanging on the rock ledges and some were on wood or brush in about 3 to 6 feet. It was a mix of spots and lm. The sun was in and out. Once the sun disappeared for good the bite stopped. I went to a couple other spots - nothing.  Moved to Panther and cought 1 more keeper.

Leather wood was around 57 if I remember right but Panther was 58. I went way back to see if I could see any beds starting but didn't see any.

C'mon man, what pressure?

This is just a quick rough count but my 5th grade math tells me that from 1 March thru yesterday there had only been 83 tournaments that included 2542 boats on Table Rock.

And by the end of May that total will have capped out at a measly 180 tournaments with only 7006 boats spread judiciously over 66 total days.

When I planned our upcoming trip for 5 - 12 May I made a conscious effort to schedule during a "lean" tournament week.  Well, that week has 19 tournaments with only 851 boats so I did good!

Pressure, smeshure.

And it's good for the economy!

Table rock has more Tournament boats on it in one weekend than Lake Stockton does for the whole month, but there is no pressure on the fish in Table Rock.

I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything!

Hey that works out to each boat getting about 6 acres of fishing water, doesn't seem that bad.
