Lots of fluids and cover up my body in sun protective clothing. Keeping that sun off of my has made a world of difference in how I feel after fishing in the heat for 8 hours on tournament days.

I have recently started covering up better with the face shield and the huk shirt, etc. I can tell a definitive difference in how much more comfortable I am on a hot sunny day, and how much better I feel at the end of the day too. That plus staying hydrated. I drink Gatorade and wash it down with water.

Water is important. Don’t just drink Gatorade or you will get dehydrated.

Ok running from mid 70's to upper 90's with humidity  any way it is HOT!

How is everyone dealing with it and are you still enjoying the outdoors for hours instead of minutes?

It is not the most fun. Currently leading a forestry field crew in the southern Appalachian foothills....heat indexes in the triple digits every day at this point. I can handle it but it's a struggle to get everyone else through the day intact and not super dehydrated.

At least we're right on a lake with some really good smallie/walleye fishing that I've been taking full advantage of on the weekends, so in all, hard to complain.

Another option for dealing with the heat is elevation.  I've never been very hot above 8000'.  No matter the latitude.

Ok weekend is suppose to be nice but I have things to do other than fun. My wife also just told me we probably won't be going to Colorado..
