Why do store bought cookies start out hard and crisp then get ft and soggy if left out. Home made cookies start out soft and gooey and get hard as a rock if left out. Cookies don't last long enough around here to even cool off....much less go stale. Tonight we have these... Oreos dipped in pancake batter, then deep fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
