Members bassfisher2017 Posted March 20, 2019 Members Posted March 20, 2019 Anyone know a good way to run this creek? I've seen timber and rock in there, but don't know how to get in there on plane. Does anyone know?
Dutch Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 I've fished it for years and I've seen guys run it flat out but I've also seen it low and know where a lot of hazards are. I only run it part way back left of center then pull up and idle on back. I am not mad at my lower unit nor do I have the cojones for that ride. liphunter, tho1mas, wtr dogs and 1 other 4

bassfisher Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Run the channel i do it all the time when the waters up
curtisce Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Lots of boulders apparently got washed out of the riprap one year. At low water levels they are easy to see. Alittle higheer and your lower unit will findd them. I typically run till I'm on the back side of the entry opoint and then idle back in.It is a log ways back. The answer may not lie at the bottom of a glass, but you should always check
