Now a heated shack with a good card game and a pot of chili on the stove is an excellent treatment for cabin fever. Yankee. 😉

Cheaper to move - which would be OK with me - but wifey says no. She did agree to tearing out the dining room (used to be in the area where the window is in the photo) or the boat wouldn’t be in there at all so it’s not like she’s been totally unreasonable I guess! no i meant this 😂😂😂 Daryk Campbell Sr 1
vernon Posted May 11, 2019 Posted May 11, 2019 That has to be the most insane thing I've ever seen! I have never, ever, EVER in my entire life wanted anything that bad. Well, maybe that pony when I was eight but that's a whole different deal....... Getting my boat in and out of the garage is an absolute piece of cake compared to that nightmare. And dude says this way he can do maintenance and repairs and wax it during the winter? Exactly how does he do that if he's got like four inches clearance on the other side? I guess he can keep the port side polished up pretty nice though! I didn't really catch on to the reasoning behind the blocks under the tires but this guy obviously likes to create a few "challenges" in everything that he does! Wow. 🤦♂️ "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." George Carlin "The only money ever wasted is money never spent." Me.

How are ya, lad? Did you make it down for a spring trip this year? Daryk Campbell Sr 1 "There was a time that I didn't fish, but I cannot remember it."

My wife designed the house and I designed the garage. I built a 15X30 boat bay with a floor drain and hot and cold water so I could fit the boat in and wash it inside the garage when the weather is cold. They wanted to put an 8' door in it. My trailer was wider than that. I insisted on a 12' and it is barely wide enough if my s-i-l is backing the boat. First of all- you sir- are my hero. Real man of genius! Secondly: Where the heck were you with this information 24 months ago when we were drawing our house? I got the garage bay but the drain and hot/cold water are brilliant!
