Where to launch Saturday

I’m thinking about taking my boys down Saturday for a change of scenery. We’ve either been on Stockton or Grand for months now. Is there anywhere to avoid launching? I did want to pull up to some giant tournament Saturday morning. I’m actually considering eagle rock but the boys have never been past shell knob so I thought I’d show them a different part of the lake.

Well I just saw the Costa was in town. Hmmmm. I had it in my head it was next week.

You could also give Bull Shoals a shot.

If you go to this link which shows the regatta permits, that might help you decide. the COSTA is not listed??

I wish I could go there all the time but it’s basically another hour of driving.

I’m likely going tomorrow now instead. Will likely launch at Eagle Rock since theoretically the traffic should be less.

   Another hour of driving might be worth it to avoid potential lines at ramps and the traffic on the lake.

Won't be much anywhere.  Costa cuts down Friday.

What Bill said. Top 10 fish Saturday. MLF guys start practicing on Sunday. Saturday will be your best day more than likely.
