Last week Kyle and I caught 40 bass up in the James.  We decided to try it out again this am.  It was slower.  We only managed 24 this morning.  We have had trouble finding keepers.

This was my best fish.  I did not weigh or measure it but it sure was long.

If that fish was filled out it would have been a total pig.  Great job.  A fish like that up North with that length would weight a ton.

If it is a female I would like to see it prespawn.

Those skinny ones will still tug pretty hard.
