oneshot Posted January 17, 2020 Posted January 17, 2020 My wife is Office Manager and is off on Friday. This morning because of weather people were calling her at 7AM wanting to know if they should go in? She told them if it looked too bad not to worry it. I looked at the Highway and it was just wet. oneshot

Seth Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 I didn't bother going in either even though I'm sure I could have made it. I've got plenty of leave and vacation days accrued up anyways. Spent the day watching Breaking Bad and tying up some jigs for next weeks Taneycomo trip.
Flysmallie Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 I have the choice of going to the office or sitting at home pretty much whenever I want. Either way it’s going to involve the same amount of work.
nomolites Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 I work from home when not traveling and it is nice on days like yesterday... Of course, I’ve driven through blizzards too while on trips, but that is OK because I am NEVER hung up in rush hour - especially rush hour with bad roads! Mike
snagged in outlet 3 Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 As hard as the weather guys tried to make it A big deal it just rained here. I still left work early though. But I do that every Friday.
oneshot Posted January 18, 2020 Author Posted January 18, 2020 If my wife is to be at work or if she is called in. If she can’t drive Highway Patrol gives her a ride. The people got to the office and outside locks were so iced they wouldn’t stay unlocked. oneshot
