There will always be the factor that most guys aren't gonna put up any significant amount of money to be beaten by a C&R photo of a bass laying on a measuring board. Or by the word of a ride-along "boat official."

I, too, wish it could be different but there's always stubbornness --- even stupidity --- where money is involved.

As it relates.....curious to see how the Crappie Tournament in 2020 is held here is handled. Most crappie tournaments end in knifing. 

 

Could you image if the Elite series(and ever series below them) knifed their bass after weigh in?

if are have time you all need to listen to this interview (sorry its like 1.5 hour long) with Fisheries Biologist, Gene Gilliland. A great show for the angler that has always wanted to know about fish care and so many other things in the bass fishing world. it is really eye opening about he says about how this lack of fishing pressure will effect the spawn and that how catch and release can be bad for some lakes. just listen and have an open mind. stay safe and healthy everybody.
