I bet you have a whole slew of areas I know nothing about.
those TopWater boats are first class. You seem to have had a nice one.

at some point, you need to show off the new boat.

Lol, I doubt that seriously 🙂 -figure the opposite is most likely true!!!  I really think as far as the river boats go, the Topwaters take the cake. Soooooo much attention to detail and thought out into them. One of the best things about them might just be how all the other manufacturers have stepped up their game to match these days. All the riverboats are leaps and bounds ahead of where they were at just a short time ago. We (family) still use the “legend” riverboat I bought 22yrs ago -I just hate to now. Guess I’m spoiled lol. New rig is gonna be a 2072 aluminum with airboat poly on the bottom. 150/105 jet tiller most likely. I’ve ordered the aluminum, almost done with the trailer 👍

You know, whole bragging about the current state of riverboat manufacturing, outboard motors are so much better these days too!  I’ve had a 40/30 Yamaha and it was super. Good push and great on fuel. This boat, with the 60/40 Merc does better on fuel than the 20 jet on my old boat. That is, running a given distance (say cotter to white hole) I’m absolutely certain the new mercury 4 stroke will do it with less gasoline. It just opens up the river and makes a day more productive 😀
