Maybe maybe Arkansas, Kansas, and S. Illiinois after we get done with everything else. The  Military, Leo's and fire fighters have access to data networks that civilians do not.

So my Opinion?>.... Just for what its worth..... and that ain't much.... I would say the internet satellites are a potential sustained revenue...because at some point people are getting smart to Gov. funded adventures on our dime!... Ole Elon is king of using Our dollars (and getting filthy rich)..... so if this gets him off the gov. Teet then I'd say about time!... I don't like political payouts and gov't handouts. (Yes I gave up my CRP Contracts for this very reason... ) I like the whole space exploration thing.. but I don't like ole Elon making coin off my tax dollars.. Lots of better uses for that.. Preferably in my pocket instead of Gov picking winners and losers with it..... 

We Are Not Alone!... So I kinda like the whole reach for the stars push..... I believe we are a species with amnesia.... AKA Lost history... Atlantis...Quatzelqcoatl...Sumerian Kings list....etc

Best night sky I ever had was in way out Colorado.  I'm rural, but that was way different than here on even the best nights.

I'd rather see Elon Musk get it figured out than Xi's minions.
