moguy1973 Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 Defintely doesn't look good -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
Deadstream Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 Good thing Phil installs the cabinets and carpets with velcro.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted June 9, 2020 Root Admin Posted June 9, 2020 Cristabol was a dud. Rejoice! Praise the Lord!! tho1mas, Daryk Campbell Sr, Terrierman and 3 others 6
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted June 9, 2020 Root Admin Posted June 9, 2020 Springfield got up to 2 inches so the James will see a rise. But TR can handle quite a bit, enough to absorb that. No water from Beaver.
netboy Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 We got 3.25" in Cotter. River is muddy this morning. Looks like they got about the same at BS dam but less farther to the west.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted June 9, 2020 Root Admin Posted June 9, 2020 There's not many rain gauges down in those parts so it was hard to tell exactly but the trend looked like less in the basins, much less than they forecasted. I don't think we're even going to see any spill gates. Terrierman 1
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted June 9, 2020 Root Admin Posted June 9, 2020 BS level is rising pretty quick. It's doing that .7 to .9 rise per hour.
netboy Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 They opened the spill gates at Norfork early this morning. https://ozarkflyfisherjournal.wordpress.com/2020/06/09/norfork-spillways-open/
Terrierman Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 I'm just outside Ozark. I got 2.97" last night. And it was windy enough to blow over a concrete bird bath. Leaves everywhere. Further east they got up to 5". No wonder Norfork gates are open and BS is coming up fast.
