White Bass

I heard a little birdie say the white bass are chasing shad right now.  

Is that true or is the "little birdie" playing chicken little?

It's definitely that time of year. They were going nuts on Stockton, I'm sure they are on Pomme too.

My mom and dad have been catching around 20 the last several evenings. They said they started busting shad pretty good last night just before dark. They been catching theirs trolling.

I've been catching them on the shallow flats at Lake O, 6-8' in the evenings.
