I forgot what we tried, something we saw online 5-6 years ago.....but it didn't work.    At first we thought it was the plants inside the window, so moved them.....but that wasn't it.

I'm not a big bird lover so to be totally honest.....piss on'em.  Let them bash their heads.  It's usually Cardinals, of which there are thousands around here, and they probably need thinning out some anyway.

I have a large double pane window facing east.  I just consider it cheap cat food.  Never seen one crash that looked endangered.  Cats usually lounge withing a few feet of that window for some reason.
