(FND35) Pumpkinseed Sunfish. (Gourdicus neonfish) Caught in Iowa.

I wasn’t sure what this was… I wasn’t fishing for micros, but lucked into one.  Consulting with @Ham and @Johnsfolly, the consensus settled on Carmine Shiner.

Caught in Iowa.  The left two were sporting a little spawning coloration.
