aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted February 22, 2021 Posted February 22, 2021 Has anyone been down to Beaver Creek? Any Ice at the launch? I would assume it is clear of ice with all the moving water. Trying to decide where to go tomorrow.
mmirg Posted February 23, 2021 Posted February 23, 2021 We put in at beaver yesterday. All clear at the ramp and main Lake. There's still some ice up in the creaks. We caught crappie in 27' of water casting drop shot rigs to schools of fish. All artificial baits. Color of bait didn't really matter, but twitching your rod tip a bit then dead sticking it till you felt the super light tap did. Casey Jeaux, Quillback, Old dog 417 and 1 other 3 1
aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted February 24, 2021 Author Posted February 24, 2021 I didnt make it. My bank flagged my account for fraud and locked me out, so i spent all morning on the phone getting that crapped straightened out. Thanks for the report mmirg

Ham Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 The relatively warmer water from Powersite spillover gives the upper lake a boost in water temp in the winter. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
