Had 80 Chicks to pick up. My wife said we could get Chicks at another place cheaper. I told her no I’ve always did well with Cackle Hatchery and I will continue with them.

Ok I have raised Chicks for over 60 years in worse conditions than what I have now.

Went and got our Chicks put them out in the Shed, light and all. Two hours latter 60 were dead.

Told my wife it just didn’t make sense they was all scattered so I don’t think they chilled.

She called the Hatchery they said they stressed. BS we took them 7 miles they ship Chicks all over.

Come to find out this has been a major problem this year with them.

Well few are doing well and we have 40 we are hatching.

Post office probably gave them a wild ride.  Cackle Hatchery is usually pretty good.  I have a friend that has used  them for years.

I brought these home myself. I have never had a problem with Cackle Hatchery.

Was talking with another guy he said they have had big problems this season.
