Interesting "new" water data site.  Many different overlays.  Seems sluggish but still "experimental".  Just started playing with it today.

It will take some getting used to, and they are still working out the bugs and adding features.  There are things about it I like...it's easier to change the time frame from the 7 day default period shown on the graphs to 30 days or a year, and the it's a lot more precise on levels and flows every 15 minutes for the last week, and the median flow.  But I don't like having to use the map to click on an individual gage, I like the statewide table of gages by river system a lot better on the old one.  I wonder how long they will keep the old system, because I could see using it first and then clicking on the new page for certain things.

My SMS text app not only scraps Core Generation, Flow data, but it also has a bunch of USGS sites in Ar, MO, CO, and WY.

To get a list text. "g" to this number. 913.270.0360   you'll get a link to a list of available sites.  then just text "g smsID"  SmsID is listed in the site list.

Just started using it, but I like the weather overlay.  The old list view is pretty handy.  The old mobile app was clunky, hated having to use it's back button instead of the devices button.  Device button took you off page and had to start over.

Yeah, I scrapped the mobile app as soon as I tried it.  I just bookmarked the regular web address that took me to the statewide streamflow table on my phone, and went from there.

I hope when/if they terminate the old data link that it doesn't kill my app that I use.   It's pretty handy.

RiverApp works great too.   CFS and level.

I like that even better.   You don't have to switch from "level" to "CFS".

I may switch now.   Thx 😊

Shame there is not some standardized app that brings it all together.  Corps info, TWA info, USGS info are all ones I use.

What we need is something to drag more people out on the water and crowd it.
