Fish24/7
Fished 9-2 Vertical jigging and casting. 4-6' deep in 8-12 fow. in the bushes. Caught 60 today. Not many keepers this time. I NEVER use live bait. Its been a few years since ive drown a minner. I'm strictly a jig fisherman during the spawn, and its not over yet. Went home with 9. About noon they really fired up and I caught 14 in a row on 14 casts. I've been sort of quiet about the crappie this year. Will share my spot with you where they are now. I've sore lipped all of them so have at it haha. Theyve been around there for weeks, even before the lake started rising I was getting a few suspended fish there. The higher and warmer the water got, the fishing kept getting better It's been an awesome place, and about the only place I've fished for crappie this year, except for one other time/place on Bull before the flood a couple months ago. Caught and released hundreds from this spot this Spring. We are going to continue to have amazing crappie fishing in the years to come. The lake is very healthy! nomolites, Johnsfolly, Ham and 2 others
