I've got a cheapy electric Green Machine power washer.  $100 at Lowes several years ago.  Works just as well as any gas powered washer I've used and just as powerful.  Only thing I don't like is the hose to the gun likes to twist and get kinked.

If he has mold on his siding, he can spray a 50/50 bleach and water solution.  Let it set a few minutes then take a hose and rinse it off.  That is faster, cheaper and a lot easier than a power washer plus it does a better job.

Funny had mold that was selling point on some Insulation and a Fan for $5,000.

Still had mold and found we could have did the same for $1,600 but it wasn’t really needed.

Must have SUCKER on my forehead. My wife found some great Pots and Pans for $1,500. Their now mixed in with all the others.

Depends on if he uses it or not. Borrowed a friends and killed it a couple years ago. Bought him a new new one to replace it...and borrow it as needed. It's his...HE can store it😄!

We had a high dollar one before the tornado.   Total POS.  Everytime we went to use it something was wrong.   Fix it, use it, put it away.....

And when you got it out a few weeks later, it wouldn't work.   I let the insurance pay me off for it after the twister....and never bought another one.

If you use it everyday it might work awhile, but they hate being in storage.

...and they aren't worth a dime if you let them freeze up.

I can't dance like I used to.
