Weights twice a week.  3 days HIIT.  The rest riding bikes if weather permits.   I used to ride a lot more but I get more more out of HIIT in a way shorter time period.

I need to ride more but I'm totally burnt out on all of the trails around here, and I'm tired of riding alone.   I haven't been on my bike since June.

That’s why I do hiit.   I’m done in 12 minutes.   I used to ride a couple thousand miles a year.  2021 I only had a little less than a thousand.   But a lot more hills.

I haven't the foggiest idea what hiit is. 

It's all hills around here.  I actually hate coasting downhill because it seems for every hill you go down there's 2 to pump up.   I learned a technique for long hills that really makes them "not so bad"..... but let's face it, they are never enjoyable. 

The only enjoyment I get from hills is when I ride with the 2 older kids who do the gym daily and consider themselves quite athletic.   The old man who smokes a pack of cigs a day will be setting at the top waiting for them to catch up every time. 😉

I might want to reconsider. I squatted down to get my Hearing Aid last night and my Valve open up. I was lucky to have my Depends on or it would have been a mess.

My Valve has a mind of its own. I first got it thought I could wear Boxers again after pissing all over myself couple times in town I decided not a good idea.

I do like the Valve it is better than pissing myself all the time but like I say it has a mind of its own and better be close to a change.

There is no way I could set on a Bicycle Seat and I’m not sure at the Gym.
