Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted March 5, 2022 Root Admin Posted March 5, 2022 "Slow" day today? Extremely busy day today on the lake and most are saying it's slow. But we have 5 keeper browns in our holding tank as well as a large rainbow. I guess there are 3 separate tournaments today and guys are bringing in their fish to hold in our big tank instead of chancing their livewells. One was caught on a sculpin drifting, one on a jig and the others I believe were caught trolling. The largest brown is about 25 inches. Dickey and Rasnick caught their fish on scuds, above and below Fall Creek. Duane was out and caught fish on the same. He said many rainbows in the 16-18 inch range. Wedele said they caught fish working the shallow bank from Lookout down throwing a sculpin jig right against the bank. Darin fish a shad pattern on his fly rod at the dam and said he broke off a nice trout. I'm going out later in the evening... I'll throw white jigs below and dam and try Tony's technique as well. Quillback, MoCarp, laker67 and 4 others 7
