Sunday 3/6 - Lake Springfield

I was on the water from 10am until 330pm. Fished the north end of the lake from boathouse to 60 Bridge. Caught 8 bass and lost 2. Was using Spro Lil John 50 parallel to banks...45 degree angle from Bank to yak. Pics are of the better fish. Nothing very big.

Congrats! You got out and caught some fish. Can't  beat that!

The bigger females may have been offshore .  I’m not familiar with the overall population / size structure for that lake, but you would have to think there are some bigger ones.
