It's either a hybrid striper, or a hybrid/white bass mutt. 

More than one line going all the way to the tail is something I'm not used to seeing.  And that one appears to have 3.   

Tongue patch and whether or not it did the spastic vibrating thing that mutts do, would have told you.

Sent the pic to the AGFC region 1 supervisor.  He says it is most likely a striper, says they seem them that look like that (broken lines) often.  Anal fin rays spines weren't right for a hybrid, and the body shape was striper like.  That was my impression, fat striper, but the broken lines made me wonder.

I'm used to this for a striper.

They wouldn't be "seeing that often" if they weren't messing around with them.   That's a man made fish. Nothing natural about it.
