Johnsfolly Posted June 24, 2022 Posted June 24, 2022 Finding potential ways of controls for invasive species are a big issue. In New Hampshire they are drinking them😉 https://bevvy.co/articles/tamworth-distilling-crab-trapper-whiskey/21215 This is a creative way of utilizing those green crabs though I doubt demand for this whiskey would really hold those populations in check. Still it is interesting enough to look for a bottle. grizwilson 1

Johnsfolly Posted June 24, 2022 Author Posted June 24, 2022 We use green crabs as bait for blackfish.
Quillback Posted June 24, 2022 Posted June 24, 2022 Too bad they are too small to eat, but you'd think the claws, even on a small crab would be worth the effort.  Johnsfolly 1

Kind of expensive $65.00 for about 1/2 pint. I was considering ordering a bottle. But upon quick conversions I think I'll just keep my Fireball and Jim Beam KentuckyFire. . Lol.  Johnsfolly and BilletHead 1 1 Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction. You would think that they would make a great seafood stock, but that smell just puts me off.  Also hard to pass on these guys to force ourselves to eat green crabs 😉 Daryk Campbell Sr 1
