skeeter Posted July 9, 2022 Posted July 9, 2022 We pass by this site often. Our area's residents call it "Mud Mountain". Only thing is there isn't much "mountain" left after they took at least 40/50 vertical feet off the top of "Dreamcatcher mountain" and dumped it down the sides of the slopes to make more flat area to build their project on. The latest there is a steep road they cut into the sides of the valley to the South in order to access the Lake. They better get huge income to pay for the earth moving and rock drilling they have done there to create their uglification of the Ozarks. Champ188 and snagged in outlet 3 1 1
Bill Babler Posted July 9, 2022 Posted July 9, 2022 From what we understand the people that bought our lodge and the 40 acres are investing an additional 20 plus million in the property for more lodging. When they bought our lodge for XXXX million the realtor asked about their financing and they said there was no financing, they would just issue a bank draft with no outside financing Buyers live in Arkansas but the check said an investment group. Check was issued from a bank in New York City. We looked up the group and it was a family with assets of over 800 million. Lots of green floating around out there. m&m, Champ188, Ron Burgundy and 2 others 5 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
