I looked up the yarn online, but as for the tail...is it just an extension of the yarn or apiece of synthetic fur?  

 

And, Wrench, I need to get my old boat to you for some pre-sale work...gotta unload it or at least start the process.

Right, just tie in the fake fur tail piece at the bend of the hook, then take a few wraps of the fake fur forward and tie off.   Add 4 wraps of the longer sparkly collar material. Then wrap a tight dense head of the sparkly head material (resembles "Frizzle Chenille") and trim it flat across the bottom so it doesn't block the hook gap.  

Color it up with permanent markers if you want. 👍

A buddy of mine and his friend started that TV station. I think they made more money selling the viral video after dude decided to test their new camera by putting it on this boat and letting it record.
