My club is looking for a new resort to hold a tournament out this October.  Not looking for anything fancy just a nice clean place.  We hold 2 tournaments a year at LOZ in April and October with anywhere from 25 to 35 fishermen.  We would need around 20 to 25 boat slips with a ramp or close access to public ramp.  An ample amount of trailer parking is a plus. Thanks!

We always put in at Shawnee Bend Park. And let everyone stay where they want. It is getting harder and harder to have a tournament out of a resort there.

The Gravois Mills access has 2 motels within walking distance, one has a dock you can tie up to, but no electricity on the dock.  And there are 2 more motels within 8 miles either direction.   There's a town hooker if you get lonely and the fish aren't biting, a weed dispensary (I highly recommend the "raspberry cush"), and fuel, groceries, BBQ ribs/chicken/beef, and eggs/bacon/toast/coffee are also within walking distance.    C'mon!  🙂

Thanks for the inputs.  I should have stated that our tournaments are a 2 day event on Saturday and 1/2 a day on Sunday.  We usually get together on Saturday for a cookout or fish fry.  That is why my club would prefer to stay at a resort.

Check with the folks at Station 46.  They have several homes Air BNB/VRBO residences, Boat ramp, gas, convenience store, and you'd be less than a mile from Big Dicks Halfway Inn Bar and Grill.  They are building some A-Frame cabins right now as well.

Thanks for eveyone's help.  I spoke to Tom at Station 46 and it sounds great especially for next Spring.  They have completed the 2 A-frames and are in construction of 6 more cabins.  I plan to stop by there and check it out in person.

I am also going to stop by and check out Rock Harbor resort.  Has anyone ever stayed there?
