oneshot 1 Posted March 17, 2023 Posted March 17, 2023 I've been looking but can't really find out anything. Supposedly $60 for Non Resident Salt Water Fishing Permit. Can a guy buy Permit for just couple days? I found Arkansas is $16 for 3 days. oneshot
nomolites Posted March 17, 2023 Posted March 17, 2023 You can buy a 5 day freshwater for $30, but you can’t fish below the salt line w/o one of the saltwater permits. Most of what I am interested in is below the salt line…permits there vary, but the short term permits specify with a guide/outfitter. Mike
oneshot 1 Posted March 17, 2023 Author Posted March 17, 2023 Well I'm basically fishing from the bank by myself. Actually from a House Boat. oneshot
nomolites Posted March 17, 2023 Posted March 17, 2023 You can buy a 5 day either way for $30. Above the hatched area is freshwater license, below is saltwater license.
oneshot 1 Posted March 17, 2023 Author Posted March 17, 2023 I got to looking and it seems for 5 days it's to cost me $60. Tried calling and could never get through. Great possession limit apply once you leave the water. Going to be on the Boat 3 days. oneshot

Plus you can always play the "I'm old, my arm don't work, neither does the pecker and I'm on oxy so I guess I forgot" card. bfishn 1

Was planning on cleaning and freezing what was caught. Funny when I lived there wasn't no problem. Could get all licensed at one time. Down there you could get 6 Deer. They had a Bear Season but they figured 300 in the state. But the bad was Rabbit Hunting with Dogs got two Rabbits and was considered a good day. oneshot

Truth I'd rather mess with small Deer over Big Elk. My wife didn't like me going to the store everyday. Then she seen the cute Cajun Girl down there. oneshot

Old Boudreaux married Chlotiel from Louisiana and he told her that her duties were to keep the house clean, dishes washed, and the lawn mowed and a hot meal on the table. The first day he didn't see anything, the second day he didn't see anything, but by the third day, most of the swelling had gone down he could see a little out of his left eye, enough to fix himself something to eat, load the dishwasher, and telephone a landscaper.
