I don't know how much the Roaring River kicked out, but I doubt it was anywhere near 40,000 CFS. They have been releasing about 2K CFS from Beaver, but they have cut that down. looks like the Kings briefly jumped up to near 10K CFS, but that is dropping also.
Dutch Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 James and Flat are crazy flooding. We’ve been seeing some aerial pics on Facebook. Daryk Campbell Sr 1

The James is muddy - chocolate milk muddy with floaters all over - but I have seen 6 or 7 boats out. They are going slow but still on plane. Daryk Campbell Sr 1

I fished from Viney to Point 23 yesterday and thought that there was a surprising lack of floating debris. Water clarity in the main channel was 7-8'. WT 52-55. Quillback Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Looks like it has peaked, James has dropped down to 10K CFS. If they keep dumping water, it should start going down. MickinMO 1
Bill Babler Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Friends fished the White from SK to Cedar. Clear and very hard today. They had 14 pounds yesterday at KC. 1 keeper today on the White Quillback 1 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Dutch Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 We saw on FB that Flat is over hwy 39 and James has flooded out Hooten Town.
