Looks like the James has peaked and is finally coming down.

What about the White River arm?  Dit it get as much water as the James?

I don't know how much the Roaring River kicked out, but I doubt it was anywhere near 40,000 CFS.  They have been releasing about 2K CFS from Beaver, but they have cut that down.  looks like the Kings briefly jumped up to near 10K CFS, but that is dropping also.

James and Flat are crazy flooding.  We’ve been seeing some aerial pics on Facebook.

The James is muddy - chocolate milk muddy with floaters all over - but I have seen 6 or 7 boats out.  They are going slow but still on plane.

I fished from Viney to Point 23 yesterday and thought that there was a surprising lack of floating debris. Water clarity in the main channel was 7-8'. WT 52-55.

"There was a time that I didn't fish, but I cannot remember it."

We saw on FB that Flat is over hwy 39 and James has flooded out Hooten Town.
