I'm kinda freaked out about it.   I'm truly surprised that we made it through the 4th of July.  The lack of any significant breeze is the only thing saving us at this point.   

They sent my wife home early because it was to get bad. I told her she should know by now it isn't. 

Funny areas around us say they are in a Drought and they have had rain. 

I seriously look for most the trees to die if we don't get feet of snow and some soaking rain. 

I have Fruit Trees and Bushes dying when they tell me to quit watering that will be it.

Great down at Bennett Springs they Drill two Wells that have already went dry so now they are using County Water.

Oh keeps getting better Mennonites got a Tractor Trailer load of Hay coming from Colorado. 

It didn't make it across Kansas before someone said they would pay 3X more for it than Mennonites were paying. So it was sold.

Well according to our gage we got 2.5 inches of rain but it came all at once. But I think we now are going to get more. 

Lost a bunch of Chickens yesterday because of the Heat. Was going to butcher them Friday. So we butchered what was left and really reconsidering raising them to butcher. 

Hay is going for $125 a bale. My Son found some for $80 a bale. Drive down there called the guy for more precise directions.  The guy had sold it to someone else.  So my Son found some for $90 a bale paid for 60 bales.

Farmers were counting on pasture but there is none and they have been feeding Hay and not sure if they are going to get a second cutting.

Yes a blessing at least I'm not watering for awhile. I watered heavy yesterday morning. 

If we get a few days of soaking rain will be nice. 

Been doing some stuff outside.  No real good it is very humid.

Great all heck broke loose.

Transformer by us got knocked out, brought down Lines in another area. 

Trees got blown down.  Woman came to the house not knowing who we work for seems a Tree blew down on her house. My wife said she would make out a report turn it in and have some guys clean it up.  Oh I don't want the Government involved and stomped off.

Then after the storm heard a loud boom. Seems someone was pulling a trailer out of KOA and this car instead of hitting them took the ditch and hit a sign.

We only lost the Umbrella off our Table.

Few days of rain.  My wife had to go to the office because of the weather again.  I'm thinking I should have went because last time they was asking about me.  Interesting the Weather Chief wasn't there and he is usually all over this stuff.

Think it is going to be mostly flooding today.  They won't bother me on that because I no longer have a Boat. But I bet they still have Jet Drive on the Government ones.

Asked my Son to get my Mowers going but he said my wife said no. 

Reason being I will use them and it is too hot. If I get down I will die.

Rain didn't help going to have a bunch of dead trees. 

Wife said maybe we will have a bunch of snow.
