Sudden burst of ads?

Is it just me?   Using Android mostly.   Lots of Ads popping up between main forum Page, have to x out of ad to see post? 

I use Android Mobile, have all privacy settings and pop ups blocked.    Seemed like it started about 1.5 months or so. 

Any suggestions?

I’ve had it for several weeks.  Apple iPhone.   It’s horrible.

It's what makes this forum, and YouTube possible.   And it's also why it tickles me to death when I piss off Phil, Terrierman, and Quillback.  

It's ignorant though, in the grand scheme of things.   How often, IF EVER, does seeing an ad (especially the type of ads shown) result in you making a purchase ?  

I'll likely never rent a THIScar, and I'll darn sure never buy a CCW Holster Bra, or Kenai Packable Gloves !

I get that, and have no issues with ads, like it was a month or two ago.    Just seemed like something changed recently and they make the pages more a pain to navigate.

Exactly.   You'd think AI would be smart enough by now to recognize the types of products we would likely be interested in. 

It didn't even pick up on my hunt for Pellet Smoker pellets last week.....when I clearly whined about breaking up a bushel full of twigs.    Not a SINGLE ad for pellets !!!!! 🤷‍♂️

Yes, Google ads or whoever is good at what they do! 

I'd even be open to a no ad, subscription model myself.
