When I actually worked for a living, clean-up of old coal gasifier sites was a growth industry. In other words, it works but it is an exceptionally dirty process. I know a person that does this I might check it out. It looked pretty good but like you probably very dirty. oneshot
netboy
Be very careful who you pick to do the installation. Had a friend that chose what turned out to be a scammer. Paid the guy and it was not installed to code. Had to get another contractor to come in and correct. Ended up costing twice the price of the scammer's original estimate. Anyone who pays for a job before it's done right and according to contract - not sure Buddy, sounds good, see you next week- deserves what they get. I agree, just watch out for the many scammers out there trying to make a buck on the "Green New Deal".

We are planning on doing it ourselves. Friend did it just copy him. oneshot
oneshot 1
Well called a Solar Company. They looked the place over from Internet. Said the garage was the only place to put panels. Ok! Set a date to come out and look. Called asking bunch questions. Didn't know we was wanting to go completely off grid. Must of had something going with the Electric Company because he oh we can't do that. You would have to cut all your trees to have enough sunlight. Told my wife these trees cool this house down 10 degrees in the Summer and supply wood for the Fireplace in the Winter. I hope you told them what for. oneshot Daryk Campbell Sr

Those pesky electric companies are planting all these trees to keep you from saving a buck. I thought you were doing this yourself since it's easy? Got a guy going to show me what he is doing. He runs his whole house and did it himself. I would have to put Panels on our Apartment. We have plenty of sun just Solar Company gets money off Electric Company. oneshot
