Told my wife Friday looks good for fishing. 

I'll probably be too busy until after the first of the year. 

What if I take myself? No!

It is right down the hill.  What if you fall in? I'll drown. No someone will pull me out. No they won't because no one will be there.

That was my immediate thought.    There is only 2 places on the Niangua between Bennett and Barclay where a 5'6" person can't stand with their head out of water.
