I fished Everett in that monsoon Saturday at Beaver. It was flat out tough. No A rigs aloud. I caught one keeper for 2.58 on a crankbait early and never caught another fish. 77 out of 138 teams didn’t weigh. The winners had 17.79lbs. Major props to those guys. I am excited about the water coming up and warmer water. Should get good soon. Thanks for your report.

Been looking at newer boats. I keep finding myself drawn to Phoenix. I rode in one after they first came out. Didn’t pay attention to the layout. I’d really like to drive one. Spend some time in it.

Me too. Ha. None of the usual suspects are doing great. You might be in better shape than you think. I took a lot of guys from that area. The influx of muddy water could change things for everyone the rest of the weekend. -

I caught them the same way 2 weeks ago. Suspended fish are hard to find right now. I suggest finesse on the bottom and I’d be prepared for suspending fish. Like and A rig or jerkbait. Wouldn’t be scared to try a crank with the sunny day.

A lot of reports of people not marking fish. I’m wit Merc. I think they are on the bottom.

I apologize. I gave out misinformation. Prairie Creek is still open. They are closing some of the parks not all. I’m sure it has to do with folks being able to access their boats in parks with Marinas.

They are closed at Beaver. Tried to use HorseShoe ramp because of the steep ramp and it was locked up. Had to go to Monte Ne and use that flat ramp. Someone helped me unload. If not I would have had to wade out to unhook the boat. Those parks are maintenance free for the most part. Silly to lock the gates.

Welcome! Just a heads up. There are no good fishing spots around Holiday Island.😜 Hit me up some time. Be glad to show you around. As stated above. Year round fishing here. There is even a heated lake if you feel like practicing summertime techniques in the middle of winter. Good Luck!

Those Pros are a great platform to raise awareness and preservation of bass. They do it right. It’s the local tournaments that I worry about.

Took 21lbs on 6 fish to win last Sunday. They are catching them but not divulging where or what. I’m pretty sure an A-rig. We caught 8 keepers on finesse stuff in 20-25ft. I do know that several teams did good on a jerkbait. I caught 2 shorts on it. Just not in the right spots I guess.
