Why should you delete a thread about a dude’s boat slip and boat getting broken into ???? Yeah it has a lot more to do with fishing than most of the goofy stuff on here.Saying it has the potential to go off the rails and you may have to delete it is jumping the gun a little lol I’ll be out on the water….fishing

Okay here I went to the Mississippi River on Sunday on a total whim. I fished right at a creek that runs into the river in North County below Chain of Rock bridge. I completely lucked out and there were fish there. I threw a 5inch swimbait from LiveTarget as that was still on my big rod from January. Caught 2 Drum, 2 Largemouth which was huge bonus and 7 hybrids all very very good size from 25.5 inches to 28, none were weighed. There’s my report and my location very easy to Find if you know how to use Google maps and you don’t mind parking in the ghetto, Going to that spot when the fish are there is another 😜

I’m astonished there are threads on here that discuss things like politics and vaccines. On the same token I’m astonished that they get shut down if you guys are gonna discuss that monkey dodo, seems weird to me to start discussing that stuff and then it gets shut off as soon as someone’s feelings get hurt ??? Why open that door and go thru it InThe first place ?? I’ll go back to remaining silent it’s best for everyone lol.

How this thread hasn’t been shut down by the liberal moderators is beyond me??? This was once a fishing forum lol where you could actually see some fishing reports and other cool things. Now it’s just a place where Libs have been put in place to shut down threads they don’t agree with or feel is Mis information and doesn’t match their opinion. OAF is dead in regards to being about fishing, which is sad. Oh well back to the river I go.

They are absolutely thick as thieves in Reynolds County at our place. My neighbors hunt and shoot a ton. The problem down there is the woods are just too dense and the terrain is not walking friendly. The pigs can hide oh so easy but, they definitely will come out to food plots over and over even if you hunt them. There are some very entertaining ways to hunt them as well, which I have been getting into more as the fishing declines down here.

My wife’s only comment and it was a great one…..she said “ it’s almost instinctual how he long arms a fish just like you do” doh!!! She knows me after 25 years lol my daughter was photobombing my new creation 🙂

Once I received the shot exactly 45 days later I got Covid. The rate of infections really are not going down if you have the shot.

They are my fairly new favorite….can’t quit thinking about them and planning and watching the water flow on my river based on the ambush points I’m fishing, they’re driving me NUTS z the biggest I have caught this far was a c hair under 12lbs about 30 inches long and big girth…. These fish are brain Fing me right or for the last 24 months or so.

Dude I am infatuated with them now but, they can be frustrating. I think I need to move closer to the Osage as I think it’s the best in Missouri.
