I've got a 26 Trophy that was recently cleaned up by John's Hot Props and hasn't been run since. Email me at jray102105@gmail.com if you are still looking for one. I live in Springfield.
The Camper's Point ramp is the only one open. There is no sign at the cove ramp, but the gate is closed. I believe the sign at the Attendant hut said that ramp would be available for all to use until April 15th
Bobby,
Have you tried the Navionics chip in that unit? I run my HBird at night with the Navi chip and the screen on black and light at "dim" or "1" and I really like it for driving at night. I do have my unit mounted on a Ram mount to the side of the console instead of in-dash. Same unit up front and same setting.
The sign states no boat with motor over 6 hp allowed on lake. It seems pretty clear to me so I always kept a boat with a 6hp or less motor and never had an issue. Without a ramp, neither one of us will have any issues!
Wrench,
Head down to Bull Shoals and wind your favorite crankbait down the bank and watch it disappear when a bass loads up on it and your line breaks immediately from those little razor-shells......you'll feel a little devastation!
The South side of the old ramp by the boathouse worked perfectly fine back in the day, and I'm sure it would work perfectly fine today if they would move the cable. Parking was 100X better at that ramp too! I'm really glad we have a $2 million boat house for events and weddings but can't build a $15 ramp.
