I know I repeat this a lot but, having had bass fishermen, white bass fishermen, crappie fishermen, trollers, catfishermen, jet skis etc. encroach where I was fishing any number of times I just don't get anything more than slightly annoyed anymore. There is nothing you can do, they are perfectly legal and yes they have the same right to fish the area I do, so what benefit is it to let it get to you. 9 times out of 10 even when they are encroaching they are moving fast and go right on through and don't really bother me other than the annoyance factor. Amazing how many times I will catch a fish before they are even out of sight. Some areas are worse, Sapps Landing on the Pomme Arm of Truman is fairly narrow with lots of stumps along the edges. Many times in the fall we have been working the stumps catching nice keeper crappie, as boats trolling for white bass go up and down the channel, we talk to them on every pass, even showing them crappie we are catching, but they happily keep on catching white bass, fairly often we will catch as many whites as they do while crappie fishing. Everybody has their own way of fishing, and everyone has a different view of what encroaching on another person is. Don't let it ruin a perfectly good day fishing.
