Easiest thing in the world to do. Mix up a solution of coca cola, soy sauce, and whatever spices you like and inject the ham full of the solution. Rug some spice mix you like on the outside, smoke heavy for a couple hours, then put it in a large oven/turkey bag. I usually put foil between the bag and the grate. Let it cook in its own juices a couple more houes, the meat will begin to pull away from the bone. Open the bag pour it all out into a big pan, juice and all, pull the bone out, slice or chunk up and keep basting with the juice.
