  1. What a lightweight! I "routinely" stay up until 9:30. But, then, I used to workout so.........
  2. Thinking about creating a "Go Fund Me" page for the guy. So sad........ 😢
  3. Dang, that has to suck.........😏
  4. "What hump?" Igor, 1974.
  5. You left out the QIA. Not to mention LMNOP............... Just trying to make sure we maintain an acceptable level of inclusiveness here although it still kills me that there's no "V" for Vernon anywhere to be found. Letters matter after all.
  6. The amount of class added is directly proportionate to the number of and the size of the inflatables. In this case, more is better! Lots, lots more! You're gonna love it........
  7. I think it's cute. Got me wondering if it comes in red and blue? With a big yellow beak. ROCK CHALK baby! Add a little class to the place!
  8. Well, you might just suck me into trying this yet. I ain't much on the fruity stuff either (although RPS makes it sound pretty dang good) but could "easily" work around that cause I'm good at leaving things out! As for the smoker though I'm about convinced that that thing is fool proof. I've only done about a half dozen different things so far but everything has been all time best. And for me, that's saying a mouthful (pun intended!).
  9. Man, that looks good! AND, you make it look/sound so simple. I, on the other hand, would almost certainly end up making it look like something entirely different......... I am quite jealous of your culinary talents!
  10. Bo-Jig. I can’t stop.......
  11. Jiglet. Mo-Jig. Knife Jig. Dart n' Jig. Jig n' Mo. Sorry. I like playing with words and names. Didn't say I was good at it but I like it! Kinda like fishing and golf I guess........
  12. Wow Bill, that's beyond amazing. Thanks for sharing - especially in such great detail. And now Bo obviously seems determined to just keep costing me more money! Way to go to both of you.
  13. I'm sure they are and I don't for a second doubt you. However, allow me to put into context my level of sophistication when it comes to cooking. I recently purchased a pellet smoker with a sear box and now know how to reverse sear a steak. That and the lunar landing are the two most amazing things to happen in my lifetime! Although pizza on that danged smoker might be a close third.......... 😃
  14. Memories, pressed between the pages of my mind. Memories, sweetened through the ages............ Thanks for reminding me just how great it is to be retired!
  15. Fish burgers? Next thing you know somebody's gonna wanna put nuts in chocolate! I love fish and I love burgers but that's like dogs and cats living together. Under the same roof. Too fancy for this 'ol boy to even comprehend!
  16. And probably had to listen to some young bartender gripe about how miserable his/her life was! At least you were staying medicated..... 👌
  17. I fish a good portion of the shaded area at Rock Lane on a near daily basis whenever we're at Branson Yacht Club which is three or four times each year. Never around the docks but, rather, the point around the launch area and the back of the cove itself and it never even remotely occurred to me that I might be in violation. Of course, as some of you know, I'm retired from the Kansas City District of the COE so I guess there's a certain symmetry to that. Of course I've long believed that more regulation and legislation simply results in more opportunity and likelihood that someone will do something "wrong". And, more often than not, someone with an ax to grind will be right there to call them on it whether there's any harm or not and then "it's on" like Donkey Kong. I'm pretty sure that reasoning and common sense (along with decency and respect) went out of style shortly after the teradactyl. Man, I used to worry that I was starting to sound like my dad but now it's actually more like my granddad. Doesn't make any of the three of us wrong though.
  18. Yeah, well, not nearly as depressing as actually being an old guy! Heck, before I became one myself, I used to like hanging out with old guys cause they made me feel lucky to be young and healthy and not like them. At least I think that's what I remembered.......
  19. For the THIRD time before midnight!
  20. I'm so beyond safe in that regard, I don't even know how to explain it!
  21. As usual here come the elitist's throwing rocks to keep those that might be a little different in some way away from the children. What's the matter? Don't you guys believe in diversity? Err, wait..... That's me. Never mind. Besides, it's time for my private yoga and sensitivity class on my yacht in the Hamptons.
  22. Probably because there is none. Take all the bad stuff that old people have ever told you about getting old and multiply it times like 13.6 million. That'll get you in the ballpark of what to expect. The mantra of us members of the real walking dead is pretty much, "Well, I guess it could be worse......" We find that comforting in some weird, senile sort of way I guess.
  23. That was where the "in part" part came in! Plus, we're a "football school" so don't get me started.... 😉
  24. Thank you! That makes me feel so much better! Assuming, that is, that I'm correct in interpreting that the "either" part might refer at least in part to me!
  25. Over 50 is old? Holy crap, I can barely remember 60! Or what I had for lunch yesterday for that matter..... And good for you Bobby as it sounds like you at least figured some important stuff out over the course of your years on this earth. On the other hand, I'm still trying to figure out when the last time was that I talked to that ol' rascal Solomon!
