  1. I never caught 4 in a day either but this is the biggest I have a picture of. That is a 22” bump board.
  2. Can confirm! Highly recommend.
  3. Maybe so. 🤷‍♂️
  4. You guys aren’t giving me much hope. I’ve really been hoping to get to Stockton to do a little trolling for some walleyes soon. These reports don’t give me a bunch of warm fuzzy feelings (especially considering I have no idea what I’m doing when trying to target walleyes). I usually troll flicker shads over point or flats and hope to get lucky. Sometimes (rarely) I do.
  5. Marcus Sykora ran from Warsaw to the Glaize Arm to win a BFL event last summer. That is like 75 miles or something crazy like that. That is a LONG haul and a beating on the way back in summer LOZ boat traffic. It paid off for him that day though. He won the event.
  6. I think I saw that release as well. Maybe it was on lakenewsonline?
  7. YES!!!!!!!!
  8. My net monkey helped daddy get a topwater fish in the boat tonight. My first Whopper Plopper fish. She LOVES to drive FAST!!!!! LOL
  9. Looks like those guys are working on “loading” cargo to me.
  10. Wow! I heard they were going to have a greater presence here.
  11. We’ll have to see what is going on. I’ve gotten a reluctant green light from the wife to go camping/fishing and I don’t plan to waste it. I need to get on a river, lake, trout park, something.
  12. I would imagine so.
  13. My dad has an Arrowglass boat from the late 80s. That is what I grew up in. It is a pretty thing. You might see it on table rock on rare occasion (probably near aunts creek or cape fair).
  14. I’m currently trying to convince the wife that this is a trip that I should take. I’m tentative at this point. I’ll let you know.
  15. Hopefully they will start biting at night better soon. I tried a bit of everything this past weekend. It seemed like sunlight was the factor that made them bite more than anything.
  16. Is anyone else having trouble catching the bass after dark? For me it seems to completely shut down at night. I fished all night in a club tournament on Saturday and caught them pretty decently until dark and after sunrise the next morning despite the storming rain, but the bite was virtually non-existent all night long.
  17. Duck hunters could find use for those I’d imagine.
  18. I would like to see a tournament like that. I would really like to also see them adopt a rule that makes them catch a keeper sized fish on the body of water they are fishing in order for it to be scored.
  19. I fished with a guy that had boatus a couple of years ago and we had engine trouble. They wouldn’t come help us and wanted something like $150 to come help us despite him having paid for the insurance. Moral of the story: read the fine print. I know he canceled after that incident.
  20. Update: it was SUPER tough. I managed a couple of dinks back in the bushes with a spinnerbait and one just a bit shy of 2 lbs. flipping a creature bait into a bush. I also found a few white bass on my spinnerbait back in the trees in the back of a cove too. Otherwise, pretty slow. It was fairly clear near the dam and got considerably more murky the further I went up the lindley.
  21. I wear sun gloves and a HUK Icon shirt with hat, sunglasses, and an off brand buff. In the summer I will still wear shirts and sandals and will sunscreen my legs and feet. He only real problem I have with the buff is that I always have a little gap between the buff and my shirt in the back and I get a line on the back of my neck from the sun. I’m going to start looking for other brands of buffs that may be longer in the back that would fix that issue for me.
  22. I’m heading to Pomme tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone had any bass fishing reports? The water level looks to be about 11-12 feet high right now. I’ll probably start somewhere around the 64-b area, but could end up anywhere. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Pm’s Are good too if you don’t want to disclose anything publicly. Thanks!
  23. Daryl Campbell Sr., I’d assume that this exact statement ^^^ is at least part of the answer to your question. I’m guessing more than one person here has had a similar experience as Shaker where they obviously wanted to write a ticket and were trying hard to find something to sick somebody with.
  24. Oh. They will ticket you. I guarantee it. They don’t care if you used the vinyl stickers they provided. They will expect the fish to be of sufficient length regardless.
