  1. I'm either lucky as hell, extraordinarily healthy, or both. I simply don't go to any doctors regardless, and whatever it is that's ailing me just miraculously goes away on its own. I even cleaned and superglued a nasty laceration that obviously would have gotten 8-12 stitches had I gone to the ER, and it healed up just fine. I just don't go, even when I think I probably should....and it all works out ok. I don't even have a clue what my blood type is. Isn't that crazy? I hope I don't just flop over and croak some day 😳 How long do ya reckon I can keep living without having a relationship with any medical professionals?
  2. A No-Wake violation will never stick if you challenge it. All you need to do is say that you were only applying enough throttle to keep the boat under control against the wind and waves. And had you been applying any LESS throttle then you would have been swept into others property, and would have caused damage.
  3. Ha! Worked like a charm!!!!! Thanks man! πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈ
  4. This is awesome πŸ‘. Thank you. I'll mess with it here in a bit.
  5. No steering wheel buttons.
  6. Please just don't forget that you have a loaded handgun on you. πŸ˜”
  7. Sweet! Let's test that. @MrGiggles I have a 04 Tahoe 5.3 with random electrical glitches. Sometimes when you open the door you get the normal "DING-DING-DING-DING...", and other times you get a very faint "ding-ding" (only two dings) that you can barely hear. And often no dome light illumination upon opening one door.....but open another one and the dome lights come on (no pattern to which series of doors need to be opened). Sometimes doors lock as soon as I shift into gear.....other times they don't lock until I get up to 15-20mph. (irritating as hell when you're launching a boat or just moving it back a few feet in the driveway). One day the horn quit working.... but it started working again and hasn't failed again YET. I've studied this a bit and I think it is probably a bad ground somewhere.....but WHERE? And if I'm correct, then where should I look, or can I just install a few additional ground straps somewhere to cure all of this weirdness ? Help! πŸ€” Oh yeah....and I also suspect that the odometer reading is way off. Shows 160k but I'd bet good money that it has less than 100k. The trip meter once read 74 miles after only driving less than 25. Speedo and tach seems accurate and no issues with guages, no codes or SES light.
  8. I had a '90 W/T with a 4.3 and that was great truck. No issues at all and although it wasn't crazy powerful....it never failed to do what I asked of it. I often wish I still had it.
  9. No, I think many guys will get tired/bored with playing the Livescope video game after awhile, and will find other ways to spend their time/money. And if you think that they will just quit using forward facing sonar and go back to fishing "blind" you're fooling yourself. A few hours with no bites and they'll be right back at it......until they finally decide they are bored with it. At that point it's time to quit making boat payments and put that money towards something that excites them. Badminton maybe. πŸ˜…
  10. I'd like to tell some of the people that own property on this lake, that they have enough money to have their OWN lake, and own the only dock on it. But they chose to put one HERE, knowing full well what this place was like. So shut up, go inside, and play cribbage or check the stock options of the day.
  11. Weren't we all gonna do a little get together there last year......and then everybody pussed out because of the dreaded Corona ?
  12. Now that I've said that (above), I guess I should add a disclaimer... Because I once blew into a cove that was loaded with UN-REGISTERED no-wake bouys, and had a guy shoot over my bow with a .22 rifle. I stopped and chewed his @$$ out, and the smartass threatened to call Water Patrol. I told him that I truly wished that he would. I should have called them myself. He and I eventually became pretty good friends, but it could have ended really bad.
  13. If we spoke of No Wake bouys I'm pretty sure I said that only a very few are REAL registered bouys. People can't "legally" anchor NO WAKE bouys wherever they want to. And if they do then you don't LEGALLY have to obey them. We see that alot at Lake O. They sell the stupid things at hardware stores around here, and douchebag dock owners just love to plant them in their cove. And then when questioned about it NOBODY KNOWS who "installed" it. Because doing so without the proper permit is actually a violation. You could actually go around and steal about 50 of the friggin' things every day, and nobody would report it as stolen.... because doing that would be incriminating themselves.
  14. We need a good Auto Mechanic in this place !
  15. It was Sugarbritches idea. She's a hillbilly too ! Actually she put just a little splash of bubbles..... but I wasn't satisfied with the amount, so I added enough to make a difference. Boy did it ! That sucker was spewing bubbles like a volcano.
  16. You're starting to sound like my neighbor. Dude stands over a burn barrel poking at trash for 45 minutes.....but if somebody lights a cigarette within 30 yards of him he immediately goes into respiratory distress. πŸ™„
  17. Yeah, but have you ever flooded the room with bubbles from the hot tub? Bygod I did. πŸ˜… Had to scoop them up with the trash can and dump them in the parking lot. We left those floors cleaner than they'd ever been.
  18. Don't you worry, tournament participation is going to start falling off drastically within the next year or two. Guarantee it.
  19. Bennett Spring Inn (motel)
  20. Wrap a little pinch of steel wool around the threads, shoot some spray paint on the bolt and the steel wool.....and then run it in real quick before the paint drys. Old farmer trick that actually works pretty good.
  21. That's an interesting guy. All head/no @$$ πŸ€”
  22. Those are some pretty little fish. πŸ‘
  23. Yeah I'd "worry" about it. If it's truly stripped out it isn't a big ordeal to drill and tap it out to a 9/32 or 5/16 stainless.
  24. It doesn't look like that lower detent is aligned. I can see the lower edge of the detent. I shouldn't be able to.
