Right! So if you cook up some buffalo and it isn't delicious... it's all YOUR FAULT for being a lousy cook. By that mentality, a person who "knows how to cook" doesn't need fresh, good quality meat .....they can make ANYTHING taste delicious. Turn a pile of buzzard puke into the best bowl of chili you've ever had ! -

If it was a real grill then I'd agree. This ain't "grilling" this is a stupid porch oven. 🙄 And she's the baker, so.... I got off the hook easy, she chose the smaller version and assembly was a breeze. I'm about as excited about it as the dog is.

Are there others ? I honestly have no idea and honestly the fact that I have to go buy this thing, that I'm sure I'll have to put together.....really kinda pisses me off. I had other things planned for today/tonight but she is dead set on jacking up my momentum by suddenly deciding that we absolutely must have this thing TONITE. This is the price I pay for spending 1200.00 on airgun crap lately. If at all possible, stay single. 🙄

We need to replace our grill, and now the bride has decided that we need a Pit Boss. I'm a simple charcoal guy but it looks like I've lost this fight. Anybody here giving crash courses on these things. She's making me go buy one tonight.

Yeah. Possibly the quality of his work relates (in part) to cure time. It's possible that 24-48 hours just isn't enough. You can't rush perfection.

Where in the Sam Hell did you find a geared flywheel for a 9.8 Merc ? I didn't even know they existed. Can you post a pic of that conversion?
