    I have a filter canister, and then some kind of infrared thing that water passes through before it even goes through the softener. None of it was overly expensive to buy and have installed. And the filters are reasonable. After an entire year the filters wouldn't even look dirty...... but I replace them every 4-6 months regardless.

    Yeah there's no need to bother with chickens as long as you know somebody that has some. We haven't had to buy eggs at the store for 4-5 years. 👍 I had 5 hens and 2 roosters when the tornado hit. One rooster was all that was left here during the clean-up and rebuild......his name was Clyde, and he was mad as hell! Attacked a total of 4 grown men & 2 kids. After he scarred up the last kid it was determined that he had to GO. Nobody could catch him for relocation to a farm or something, so I took him out with a CCI Mini Mag hollow point.

    If you're adding anything to a Clouser or jig, like a spinner or some kind of tail, then the "Farrar blend Slinky fiber" is the juice to drink. If nothing, but maybe a little flash, is added.....then use untrimmed Bucktail. The tips give it all the action it needs. As far as swivels go.....as long as it spins freely when the fly/jig is dropping then you're good. The less weight involved in the blade system the better (I think).

    I used the 18v Makita and Tie-Strap method to turn this full wells cork grip down a couple weeks ago. I still have cork dust in my snot. 🤧

    They won't jimmy your car door to let you back in after locking your keys in it anymore either. They'll refer you to a local locksmith. Unless of course you do like my daughter did in Sedalia.....and tell them that your 3 year old kid is locked in there. When they showed up, unlocked the door, and inquired about "the child" ....... she said "oh, did I say that? Sorry, what I MEANT to say was that I pay the same amount of taxes as a person who accidentally locks a 3 year old in the car". That's MY girl! 😁👍

    😂😅😁 No kidding! Gotta pretend that Drunks, Thieves, Wife beaters, Arsonists, and Niece fondlers never existed......even though every family has had its share. The omitting of unpleasant truths is the American/Christian way. 👍 No history lesson is ever complete.....or accurate.

    Around here the off duty (and previously fired) cops have "security companies", and I'm pretty sure if you requested occasional "check-on's" the department would refer you to one of them.

    Beats the hell out of the way I did it! Caught one trout that I spawned with.....and then she decided she didn't wanna be a wife & mom anymore. Then caught another that went on a weird religious kick and tried to send me to prison because I wouldn't follow suit. The 3rd marriage (if you choose to call it that) is going well so far, but I'm wise enough to realize that can change overnight..... 🤞 So I stay protected 👍 I refused to sign into a contract with the state this time around.

    There's that ! 😅 My one and only time, three of us got lost inside a corner crack of an old plastered wall. There was a whole 'nother dimension beyond that crack. The house is still there so I'm sure that gateway still exists. 😳

    Just an elongated oval path, overhead. Shoot line on the backside until you're ready to let it fly.......then double-haul and shoot it forward.

    It would have to be at least a state record. I don't find myself overly-impressed by mounts, therefore I don't assume anyone else would be either. I had an 11.7 from Okeechobee mounted, and all anybody ever said was......"Did that come from Lake Ozark?". Once I confessed that it came from Florida nobody was much impressed by it. 😅

    It takes an open horizontal loop, just like any other Clouser cast. Try to cast it like a dry fly.....and you'll get hurt 🤕

    There are 3 ways to loose weight. 1. Loose muscle mass. 2. Dehydrate yourself. 3. Burn more calories than you consume. How (which way) would you say that you are loosing weight?

    I carry Chartreuse/White, and Black/White. Size#4 34007-SS Mustad. 1/40oz. Lead eyes. Originally I robbed the spinner blades and swivels from 1/16oz. Beetle Spins...... but then @fshndoug hooked me up with a whole bag full of blades, split rings, and swivels that are way better quality. He'll have to chime in and tell ya what size they are.
